The UMNO Museum in Melaka tells the story of the United Malays National Organisation, the largest political party in Malaysia and the main component of the ruling coalition which has been in power since Independence.
Given the subject matter, this museum is more likely to appeal to the followers of Malaysian politics than to the general public or foreign tourists.
I have not been inside this museum as it was closed during my last visit but by all accounts the displays comprise mostly text, photos, letters and other documents and the presentation style is rather dry and lacking in interest.
